LAWN MAINTENANCE

*      There is no contract required for our lawn maintenance service.

*      This service includes:

  Spring clean-up in early April (removal of  all debris on lawn, such as rocks, leaves, branches, paper, etc.). This service must be performed to ensure that all debris is removed to avoid damage to our machines, as well as for our personal safety.
 

     Weekly lawn cutting from mid-April
     to mid-November, weather permitting.
 

     Trimming of grass around trees, fences,
     etc. at every visit.

     Edging sidewalks at every visit.

     Fall clean-up in mid-November (removal of
     all debris on lawn and in landscaping beds.
     Failure to do this will suffocate the lawn
     once the winter season arrives. 

*      We keep your lawn healthy by giving it the valuable nutrients it needs by grinding up the clippings and spreading them on the lawn.

*      We improve the overall appearance of your lawn by alternating our   lawn cutting pattern each week, which keeps the lawn and soil from compacting.  

*      We may skip your lawn if it is burnt, since cutting damaged grass will make it appear yellow and can lead to disease.  We may also skip your lawn if it is too wet, since it will appear uneven and the weight of the equipment could damage your lawn.

*      You will be charged a set monthly rate throughout the season, regardless of how many times we have to maintain your lawn.  Because of a higher growth rate, it is expected that we will maintain your lawn more often in the beginning of the season than towards the end.

*      Your monthly bill will be generated on the 15th of every month.  Payments are due on the 1st of the following month.
