LANDSCAPE DESIGN & CREATION* We return calls and schedule estimates immediately.* You will not be pressured regarding the complexity of the design nor the amount of your budget.* Our designs are innovative, yet customized to incorporate your ideas.* We will meet with you as many times necessary to make sure you are getting exactly what you want.*
Our staff is extremely knowledgeable and ready to
provide suggestions and solutions to any problem.
* Customers may keep their drawings, however, a $50 design fee will be assessed if the design is installed by another party.* Customers are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis.* Once booked, you will be given a target date for the installation. Because of unpredictable weather conditions, you may also be given a grace period in which the work will be completed.* You will receive a courtesy call to verify the day we will be there. A job will not be put on hold to accommodate those who wish to be home on that date.* You may have your services rendered before the target date for an additional rush charge of 15% of the total cost of the job.* A fee may be assessed for any cancellations or major changes made at the last minute.* You are allowed to tag your own shrubs and trees at the nursery, but are advised not to pay for nor transport them yourself.* We clean up our mess upon completion of the installation.* Unless otherwise agreed on, a 50% deposit is required on all work, with the rest of the bill to be paid upon completion of the job.* We will occasionally monitor your landscaping to make sure it is being properly maintained. We will notify you with any concerns or suggestions on how to keep your landscaping healthy.____________________________________________________________ |
